The firm of G. Ronald Bell & Associates was founded on March 1, 1969 by Mr. G. Ronald Bell who had previously practiced with a large patent law firm in Canada for sixteen years immediately before the founding of this office.
The practice of our office is devoted essentially to the representation of both domestic and foreign clients in the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent, industrial design, trade-mark and copyright applications in Canada and most other countries of the world. Our practice also includes search and opinion work in connection with trade-mark cases in essentially all fields of scientific endeavour, including chemical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, nanotechnology, electrical, electronic, mechanical and metallurgical technology.
We are also very well experienced in conducting opposition hearings on behalf of clients, license preparation in the transfer of technology, the development of evidence for use in the conduct of litigation and most related matters in the practice of Intellectual Property Law.
